Kick-off Meeting - February 11th, 2022- Bucarest

 

The Kick-Off Meeting held on February 11th, 2022, in Bucharest, marked the beginning of the project implementation phase. Partners discussed key aspects of the project’s execution, including timelines, roles, resources, and communication. The meeting aimed to ensure alignment and foster collaboration among stakeholders for the successful implementation of the project. 

Evaluation of project progress- October 24th,2023 Oiarztun

During TPM2 on October 24th, 2023, in Oiarztun, the project’s progress was evaluated, and new steps were established. Partners assessed the current status of the project, discussed achievements, challenges, and potential adjustments. Additionally, new goals and milestones were set to guide the project forward effectively. The meeting aimed to ensure that the project remains on track and to refine strategies for its successful completion. 

Final Evaluation Meeting- February 3rd, 2024 Sassari

During the Final Evalution Meeting held on February 3rd , 2024 in Sassari partners delved into comprehensive discussions covering various facets of the project. Topics included project implementation, achievements, multiplier events, local activities, dissemination processes, sustainability strategies, financial reporting, a summary overview, and an interactive session for questions and answers.

The meeting also addressed the crucial aspect of ensuring the continuity of the project beyond its formal conclusion. The collaborative efforts and insights shared during these transnational project meetings have played a pivotal role in shaping the success of the project.

Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity

The Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) held in Sassari in September 2022, hosted by MVNGO, featured a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of participants in various aspects related to the project’s objectives. 

The training activities included: 

  1. Workshops: Participants engaged in interactive workshops focused on topics such as project management, intercultural communication, and innovative teaching methodologies. 
  1. Presentations: Experts in relevant fields delivered presentations on key themes, providing insights, best practices, and practical tips for implementation. 
  1. Hands-on Exercises: Participants had the opportunity to engage in hands-on exercises and simulations designed to deepen their understanding and application of the concepts discussed during the training. 
  1. Peer Learning: The LTTA facilitated peer-to-peer learning opportunities, allowing participants to share experiences, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s perspectives. 
  1. Site Visits: Participants had the chance to visit local educational institutions or relevant organizations to gain practical insights and observe real-world applications of the concepts discussed.
